What to do when applicants need technical help from General ASP

If you need to refer an applicant to General ASP tech support please ask them to use the "Request technical help" link available on the district's application web site.

Here's how:

1) Instruct the applicant to return to the point where they started their application. Typically, this would be the district's employment or job posting page.

2) At the point where they started their application they will see the following links.

3) Ask them to click "Request technical help" and then fill out the form.  Questions are put into a queue which is answered daily at 7am and 3pm CST.

Note: General ASP cannot respond to applicants via phone. The request technical help form gives us critical information needed to help the applicant.
